The purpose of Family Week is to provide a family vacation experience that is centered on Christian teachings, interaction with other families and is designed to strengthen family bonds and deepen our relationship with God.

In 1941, Jumonville consisted of 179 acres. It was a gift by Harry Whyel, a Uniontown Methodist layman and a former trustee of the Soldier’s Orphan School. Additional acreage was secured by the Jumonville Board that today totals approximately 280 acres.

Our adult teacher and guest speaker this year will be Rev. Chris Morgan. Chris sees God in the everyday, while watching and listening to the news and amazing things his kids say and do.
